In Calpendo an Administrator has the capability to define user settings which apply to all users on the site however each user has some control over their own individual user settings once they are signed in.  These settings will supersede those defined by Admins.

To access your own user settings click on the settings link in the top right corner of Calpendo.

In here you are able to do the following things:

  1. Appearance: control the appearance of Calpendo yourself through any prebuilt skins or custom CSS
  2. Booking reminders: Admins can set site wide booking reminder settings but you can define your own
  3. Buttons: Admins can create additional custom buttons to appear in the toolbar when working with Biskits.  You can choose to use the system default or add in any additional custom buttons.
  4. Calendar View: this contains extensive options for controlling your own individual view of the calendars within Calpendo
  5. Date & Time: Admins can define site wide Date and Time settings however you are able to define your own.
  6. Email: In here you can choose whether to opt out of automatic emails (ie those generated by workflows and reminders) and also change your registered email address.
  7. Menu: This is an important one to know about if you have been given an Admin or other role which comes with its own menu.  You need to specifically select the new menu in order for it to be visible.
  8. Refresh: Calpendo can automatically refresh data in the various views in the system.  You can choose to override this with your own setting
