If you have recently submitted a project on Calpendo and it is not available when making a booking this will be because project's by default are submitted as a request. They will need to be approved by an admin before they can be used when making a booking.
To see all projects which are requested you can either go to the link 'My Projects' under the projects menu which shows requested projects by default or change the status view for the main project list under 'Project Search'.
