Project Resource Settings are a standard Calpendo feature which allow you to determine how individual projects are able to interact with specific resources.
This article describes how to use Project Resource Settings to restrict bookings on a resource. This is the most common use of project resource settings and requires minimal configuration.

Edit the Resource
On the Resource you want to restrict access to, set the value of the 'Project Required' field to 'Authorised Projects Required'.
Edit the projects that you wish to allow to make bookings on the resource
- On the Project Resource Settings tab, click 'Choose resources'
- Select the resources you wish to make available.
- There is no requirement to fill in the other fields unless that data may be needed elsewhere for reports or as part of a workflow
