Context: Depending on how a resource is setup within a Calpendo a user will often need to be a member of a project in order to book that resource.  Otherwise the following error message will appear.

Objective: This article will therefore show you how to add users to a project. For this you will need to be an Administrator or project owner.


  1. In the menu bar click on Projects and then Project Search
  2. Click on the project you wish to amend.
  3. When editing the project look for a users tab.  The screenshot below shows the normal layout where it may be featured but depending on your Calpendo this could be in a different location.  
  4. Use the Drop down property to find and select users who will need to be added
  5. Save the project
