A customer who sends invoices through Calpendo needed to have data manually added to each invoice run when it took place on a monthly basis.  As the invoice process was already being done through workflows this involved extending the workflow to allow for user entry of values which would be passed into the invoicing process.  Calpendo can produce simple HTML pages which can be used to capture information and it was from this HTML page and through this workflow we were able to capture that information to be used in the invoice generation
