In Calpendo a resource can be set to allow cancellations for bookings. However many of our customers want to be able to know when a user has cancelled a booking in relation to the start time and respond accordingly which in most cases means adjusting a booking cost calculation. We have therefore implemented workflows for these customers which, using cutoff points, can tell if a user has cancelled in time or not and by doing so trigger those resulting actions.
