In Calpendo it is possible to add a finish date for projects.  Many of our customers have asked for automation to help process that project when it is close to finishing and also once it has finished.  This could include a number of things such as sending reminders to project owners about the project closing as well as updating specific fields on the project when it is closed.  In addition workflows linked to the closing of a project could begin generating invoices to be sent to the relevant users.
